I am Antonio Santoro born in Rome in 1974 where I still live and work today, After more than 20 years of working in the airport industry, I have chosen to change my career path And, in March 2021, I created AvemA srl to invest in tourism and accommodation/hospitality. I am the owner of the company and the property manager, I deal with the financial, administrative and logistical management. The desire for change and the desire to be able to run one's own business and see it grow have been the motivation needed to continue this project in these difficult years. The values on which I based the relationships with my team and my suppliers to carry out this project are Trust as a mental attitude and development strategy. The first property arrived in July 2021: it is the first Holiday Home Eufonia vinyl apartment; hence the idea of creating a small chain of Holiday Houses and GuestHouses: Eufonia Apartment. Eufonia Vatican Apartment was added shortly after and, in 2022, the third one arrives, Eufonia Gemelli Apartment. At the beginning of 2023, the first Three-Bedroom Guest House arrived: Eufonia Vatican Days. The Journey continues in order to strengthen and grow the Eufonia Apartment family.

Hello Everybody. My name is Antonella. I went to Rome in 2011 In order to start studying at the University : foreign language always had my attention, since I was a child, This is the reason why I decided to study Languages and Foreign Cultures- learning English, Spanish and French: step by step I approached the World of Tourism and Hospitality. My Adventure in the Tourism and Accomodation began in 2016 when I started working as a Receptionist of a small chain of Boutique Hotels here in Rome, until 2020. It is during these years that I learned about the world of hospitality, treasure the teachings and secrets of this job, and I fell in love with it. I like the idea of meeting people from all over the world and being able to be a Guide for them in discovering the Eternal City, from the time of booking until their arrival at our Properties - and provide them with as much info, advice and suggestions as possible. In the midst of the Pandemic, by chance Antonio and I met: he was looking for someone familiar with the world of tourism and hospitality, I was looking for a new job; this is where our collaboration began. In this almost two years my role in Eufonia Apartment has grown: in addition to welcoming guests and providing them assistance, I also manage everything related to the back office: reservations, OTA, emails. I welcomed the first guest at Eufonia Vinyl Friendly Apartment exactly on July 18, 2021: from there this new adventure started and day after day it is enriched with new scenarios!

I'm a pastry chef by profession, but as a second job I'm a Social Media Manager and together with Antonella and Antonio, we create content and promotions to offer you on social media.
